A 50% deposit is due at reservation time and the balance including sales and lodging tax due prior to the week you arrive.

Please notify the owners of cancellation 30 days BEFORE date of reservation. If cancellation is done within 30 days of the reservation, a fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.

Security Deposit:

A $150 security deposit is required with your 50% deposit. Please make a separate check so we may return it after finding the chalet in the same condition as upon your arrival with no damages.
